※ What do I pay for when I come to the Health Center?
For your convenience, we make a list of fees about office visit.
Please see the list for details as below:
National Taiwan University Health Center
Fees for Medical Service.
The treatments that are REQUIRED for registration: Visit the doctor, an appointment, referral from other clinics or hospital for the injections, self-pay X-Ray, vaccine injections, diagnosis statement, first dressing change service, blood samples for study, copy of X-Ray and medical records, physical therapy, and/or nutrition consultations. (There services are only offered to NTU Students and Faculties/Staffs.)
Please see daily OPD schedule for reference. Registration time is 8:20am and 1:20pm. Please try to give the exact amount for the bills.
The following is NOT required for registration: a.The second dressing change for the wound or small cut (The nurse will be able to help you in Room 108.)
b.Request for Medical Examination Statement. (It Must be requested before 11:30 am at Room 111.)
c.Request for Physical Therapy Statement. (It is held in Room 202 on Monday afternoon or Thursday morning.)
d.Request for Nutrition Consultation Statement. (An appointment is required at Room 210.)

  2.  Catastrophic illness card holders are REQUIRED to have doctor’s approval statement.

  1. Substitute Services Draftees
  2. “Fu” (Disabled) or “Rong” (Military Veteran) marked on the NHI IC Card.
  3. Kids under 3 years old who have National Health Insurance.
  4. Centenarian with the NHI IC Card
  5. Serious illness or disease announced by the authorities and marked on the NHI IC card.
  6. Preventive health care services with the NHI IC Card (i.e. regular pap tests)

Cervical PAP Smear Test The cost will be determined after the visit. It is offered to all women who are under age 30.
Self-Pay for Blood Sample The cost will be determined after the visit. This is only the use for health examination.
