Please be informed that the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), Ministry of Health and Welfare, has produced multilingual versions of educational brochures on monkeypox prevention and control. Kindly utilize diverse channels to widely disseminate this information.

As of May 29th this year, there have been 128 reported cases of monkeypox in the country. With the gradual easing of border quarantine policies and the extended incubation period of up to 21 days for monkeypox virus infection, the risk of public exposure has increased. In order to strengthen public awareness and prevention capabilities, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), Ministry of Health and Welfare, has produced two multilingual versions of educational brochures titled "注意猴痘 你該這樣做!" (Be aware of monkeypox: What you should do!) and "猴痘:您需要知道的事" (Monkeypox: What you need to know) in Chinese, English, Hindi, Vietnamese, and Thai. For the aforementioned educational brochures and other materials related to monkeypox prevention and control, please visit the CDC website/Monkeypox section/Educational Materials (URL: https://gov.tw/h3f) for inquiries and downloads. Following the instructions in the Ministry of Education's letter dated March 22, 2023 (Ref.: 臺教綜(五)字第1120029640號), please continue using the provided materials to enhance awareness among faculty, staff, and students and to improve their knowledge of prevention and control measures.
